ICEMF 2025 follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly quality, objectivity, and credibility of all accepted publications.
Each submitted manuscript undergoes a preliminary screening by a member of the Scientific Committee. Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage for the following reasons:
Submissions passing the initial evaluation are assigned to at least two qualified reviewers, based on expertise in the manuscript’s subject.
The double-blind review process ensures anonymity of both authors and reviewers to maintain impartiality.
Reviewers assess manuscripts based on the following scholarly criteria:
Reviewers will also provide constructive feedback to help authors improve the quality of their work.
Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the Editorial Board will make one of the following decisions:
Authors will be notified via email with the decision and provided reviewer comments to guide necessary improvements.
