Publication

All accepted extended abstracts, short papers, and full papers will be published in the conference proceedings with assigned ISSN and ISBN, and will be archived by NERD Publication in open-access format.

Each published paper will be assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) via Zenodo, ensuring global discoverability and permanent citation. In addition, the proceedings will be indexed and abstracted in the following scholarly repositories and databases:

• Google Scholar
• ResearchGate
• Dimensions
•  BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine)
• DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals – under consideration)

Presentation Requirements

To ensure inclusion in the final proceedings, all accepted papers must be presented at the conference in either in-person or virtual mode.

Presentation options:

• Oral Presentation (In-Person): 15 minutes

Oral Presentation (Virtual): 10 minutes
