ICEMF 2025 follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure scholarly quality, objectivity, and credibility of all accepted publications.

1. Initial Evaluation

Each submitted manuscript undergoes a preliminary screening by a member of the Scientific Committee. Manuscripts may be rejected at this stage for the following reasons:

• Poor English language or formatting
• Lack of originality
• Violation of academic ethics
• Misalignment with the conference’s scope in economics, management, or finance

2. Reviewer Assignment

Submissions passing the initial evaluation are assigned to at least two qualified reviewers, based on expertise in the manuscript’s subject.
The double-blind review process ensures anonymity of both authors and reviewers to maintain impartiality.

3. Review Criteria

Reviewers assess manuscripts based on the following scholarly criteria:

• Originality and novelty of contribution
• Clarity and appropriateness of research methodology
• Accuracy and relevance of results and analysis
• Adherence to ethical standards
• Significance to the field of economics, management, or finance
• Quality of writing and organization

Reviewers will also provide constructive feedback to help authors improve the quality of their work.

4. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the Editorial Board will make one of the following decisions:

• Accept without Revisions: Manuscript is accepted as submitted.
• Accept with Minor Revisions: Minor edits required before final acceptance.
• Accept after Major Revisions: Substantial revisions needed; resubmission and second review required.
• Reject: Manuscript does not meet the conference’s academic standards.

Authors will be notified via email with the decision and provided reviewer comments to guide necessary improvements.
